La Lune Chalet

I visited this resort recently. Upon arrival, we first enter through an external fence, and behind this fence there are parking lots, and an old building that gives a negative impression at first. After this door, there is another wall, and behind it is the main resort, which made entry confusing and unclear the first time. Inside the resort, it consists of a large majlis, a small majlis, and a kitchen. The boards are clean, and there are no unpleasant odors or insects. The main refrigerator was working and cooling well, but the second refrigerator was not working and the second council refrigerator was not working either. Bathrooms are acceptable. The garden contains a beautiful outdoor pool for children, and sitting in it is nice. Negative aspects: There is no Wi-Fi in the resort, and the water in the indoor pool was stagnant and somewhat dirty. The worker was present, but the price paid was not at all proportional to the level of the resort, its size, or the services provided.

A resort that is not worth renting at all. The pictures are different from the reality. It is clean and there is no attention at all. We went and the bathrooms were full of waste. The place is full of insects and there is a broken slide that is dangerous for children. There was a delay in responding to inquiries and the deposit was not returned!! Without any reason... We communicate with him on WhatsApp and call, but there is no response The amount is very high.. We could have rented the most beautiful resorts in the area for the same price and less.. I would never advise anyone to rent it.

The place was once beautiful and tidy, but the insects were unacceptably numerous. Even the kitchen cupboard, when we opened it, we found a large insect colony. During the day the council is infested with bitter ants, and at night bigger and worse insects come out

A bad place, different from the pictures, and many insects. The worker is sleeping and comes back late. There is no name on the entrance. We sat around for more than an hour. The swimming pool is noisy. I do not recommend visiting it.
